7. DELIVERY TERMS

1. Methods of delivery
Delivery of goods is possible in the following ways:
- delivery by courier,
- delivery by Slovak Post.

2. Price and payment
When ordering a product and delivery, the prices for postage and packaging are as follows:

Slovak Post - package weight up to 1 kg: 4.90 EUR
Slovak Post - package weight from 1.01 kg: 7.00 EUR
GLS courier service: 6.90 EUR

The price of delivery of goods is valid within the territory of the Slovak Republic. When sending goods abroad, the transport costs are calculated individually based on the contract on the price of transport outside the territory of the Slovak Republic.

The buyer is obliged to pay the seller the purchase price of the product agreed in the purchase contract at the time of concluding the contract, including the costs of delivery (hereinafter referred to as the "purchase price") according to Act no. 18/1996 Coll. as amended in the form of:
- in cash directly to the courier/deliverer,
- by bank transfer to the seller's account,
- via PayPal system,
- by payment card.

3. If the buyer pays the purchase price by bank transfer, the day of payment is considered to be the day when the entire amount was credited to the seller's account IBAN: SK90 8330 0000 0026 0072 7165, VS: order number.

4. The buyer is obliged to pay the purchase price for the product within the period according to the purchase contract, but no later than upon receipt of the product.

If the buyer pays the purchase price in advance, he can withdraw from the contract and demand a refund only in accordance with the valid legal regulations of the Slovak Republic.

If the buyer does not pay the entire amount upon receipt of the product, the seller is entitled to withdraw from the contract and demand compensation for the costs incurred.

The prices of the products listed on the seller's website are valid at the time of ordering.

8. The purchase price is considered paid by crediting the entire amount to the seller's account in the case of payment by transfer, or by paying cash to the courier.

9. The seller reserves the right of ownership to the product until full payment.

The proof of purchase is also a tax document.

Receipt of the product by the buyer is possible only after full payment, unless otherwise agreed.

The price of shipping according to point 7.2 is added to the price of the product.

13. The product is sold according to the requirements of the buyer and the exhibited samples, catalogs, type sheets and sample books of the seller on his website.

14. Unless the seller and the consumer agree otherwise, the seller is obliged to fulfill the order within 30 days of its delivery.

The buyer will take over the product in the manner specified in the acceptance of the order.

Data on product properties, quantity, dimensions and other data in the catalogs and documents of the seller are binding.

The place of delivery is the place specified in the acceptance of the order, unless the parties agree otherwise.

18. The seller will deliver the product to the buyer at the address specified in the purchase contract. The product is considered delivered at the moment of delivery to the specified address.

19. If the seller delivers the goods to the buyer at the designated place, the buyer will take it over in person or ensure receipt by an authorized person who will sign the delivery protocol.

The authorized person must present the original/copy of the purchase contract, proof of payment and a written power of attorney.

If it is necessary to repeat the delivery due to the absence of the buyer, all related costs are borne by the buyer.

The goods are considered delivered by delivery to the specified address and accepted by physical receipt by the buyer/authorized person or by refusal of receipt marked by the carrier in the protocol.

20. The costs of carrying are not included in the price and the seller is not obliged to provide this service.

21. If the buyer discovers defects in the product after receipt, he will notify the seller and make a complaint or withdraw from the contract.

22. If the seller cannot fulfill the contract due to the unavailability of the product/service, he will immediately inform the consumer about it and within 14 days refund the paid price or advance payment, unless they agree on a substitute performance.

In the case of substitute performance, the seller is obliged to deliver the product/service in the same quality and price. If they do not agree, the seller will reimburse all proven costs incurred by the consumer for the order.
